How to send your artwork

At Green Unity, ordering is easy. After you have placed an order email your logo to artwork@greenunity.com.au

A Customer Support Representative will contact you about your artwork. Our art department and your Account Representative will prepare your virtual and let you know if modifications are needed. 

Remember, artwork preparation is FREE, and you will receive a digital mockup for your approval prior to production.

The best file type for logo reproduction on promotional products -

Preferred Digital Formats:

Adobe Illustrator® (file extension .ai or .eps)
Adobe Photoshop® (file extension .eps)

Formats That May Be Accepted

Corel Draw® * IBM-PC only (file extension .cdr)
(All text converted to outlines)

PEGs (.jpg), PDFs (.pdf). Bitmaps (.bmp), TIFFs (.tif), GIFs (.gif) may be acceptable for one color imprints provided they are at the same size or larger than the desired imprint size. The resolution must be at 300 DPI (dots per inch) or higher.

What if I don’t have artwork?

Green Unity has talented designers making sure every order looks its best. If you don’t have artwork, it’s not a problem. Sketch out or send us a file describing what you’re looking for and our designers can create new artwork or logo design, or re-create your existing artwork in a printable format. We will do simple typesetting of your name and message at no charge! Artwork services in this special case will be billed at $60.00 per hour.

I have artwork, but I’m not sure if it’s usable.

The preferred format for your artwork is original vector art saved in EPS format with all designs and fonts turned to outlines. If you do not have this, we can create it for you from the artwork you do have.

Special Corporate Color Matches - PMS Matches

PMS is an abbreviation for Pantone Matching System™. These are numbered swatches similar to paint chips. Art departments and manufacturers worldwide work from these PMS numbers. Since we are printing on many different types of surfaces and surface colors (black, blue, yellow, orange, etc.) exact PMS matches are not guaranteed. 

Artwork Approval

Once your artwork is complete, we will email you a virtual proof with the placement of your logo on the chosen promotional product. Once this is approved we then proceed with production. This is an important step in making sure you receive the ideal branding you choose.
